Porsche 911 with MAF Conversion

A mass air flow conversion is an excellent upgrade on the Porsche 911. The dyno chart shown here was from a Carrera race car with a 3.2L engine. The green lines show the original horsepower and torque with the stock air flow meter. The air flow meter produced 227 hp and 193 ft-lbs at the wheels.

The red and blue lines show the performance with the MAF sensor and calibration with the PSC1-004. The red line is with a high flow muffler and the blue line is with an open exhaust. The open exhaust picked up about 4 horsepower in the lower RPM range. Peak performance with the MAF conversion was 242 hp and 208 ft-lbs.
