Comparison was during the same dyno session with the only difference being the replacement of the Karman Vortex air flow meter with the Split Second MAF Kit.

The stock Karman Vortex air flow meter in the first generation Mitsubishi Eclipse is very restrictive. Serious power gains are possible by converting to a MAF sensor. The conversion is done using a Split Second ARC2-K. The ARC2-K has unique signal conditioning circuitry that makes this conversion possible. Together the ARM1 and ARC2-K make it possible to match the MAF to the output of the Karman Vortex style sensor.

The Split Second MAF kit can do more than just sensor conversion. This package will allow you to raise the boost, install larger injectors, even change to a larger turbo. The kit maintains OEM driveability while the increased efficiency will speed up spool response.
