The PSC1-006 is a laptop programmable calibrator that is specifically designed to implement conversion from a Karman Vortex air flow meter to a Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. Conversion to the MAF sensor removes a major restriction on the engine resulting in higher power and efficiency. The PSC1-006 provides a way to adjust the reading from the new MAF sensor so it matches the reading from the original Karman Vortex meter. It can also be used to optimize the fuel mixture for other engine modifications. It is programmed with the Split Second R4 engine management software. This unit can be special ordered with the data acquisition option.
