Air/Fuel Calibrators


PSC1 Programmable Signal Calibrator

The PSC1 Programmable Signal Calibrator provides precise calibration of fuel by adjusting fuel control signals. It can be used with naturally aspirated or forced induction engines. Through a serial interface, the PSC1 can be programmed by a laptop computer running the Split Second R4 software. The software provides three dimensional mapping of the fuel control signal according to engine load and RPM. Several versions of the PSC1 are available that are compatible with MAP, MAF, AFM and Karman Vortex applications.

ARC2 Air/Fuel Ratio Calibrator

The ARC2 uses four front panel controls to provide precise adjustment of air/fuel ratio. The front panel controls work in an interactive way that is very effecting in tuning the fuel mixture over the entire load range of the engine. The ARC2 is available in two versions. The ARC2-A is specifically designed to implement air flow meter to MAF conversion. The ARC2-NE can be used on any application where the primary load sensor produces a 0-5 V output. Most MAP and MAF sensors fall into this category. The ARC2 controls can be adjusted while driving in order to accomplish real-time tuning.

ARC1 Air/Fuel Ratio Calibrator

The ARC1 uses two front panel controls to provide precise adjustment of air/fuel ratio over the entire operating range of an internal combustion engine. It can be used on any application where the primary load sensor produces a 0-5 V output. Most MAP and MAF sensors fall into this category. The ARC1 features low and high load adjustments and provides a means to adjust air/fuel ratio for desired performance while driving.
